• AO Hardee & Son, Inc. — Little River, SC
“Please accept this reference letter acknowledging Mr. Tommy Davis' ability as President of Clear-Con, LLC. Tommy, with his employees and equipment, cleared several projects for me in my duties as Vice President of AO Hardee and Son, Inc. Tommy cleared and grubbed the right of way for 17 miles of the Carolina Bays Parkway beginning at Hwy. 9 going South to Garrison Parkway Interchange and then to 48th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, SC. This project started with 650 acres right of way to clear and ended with Tommy clearing an additional 320 acres of borrow pits because we were so pleased with his management skills, his organizational skills, and his staff and equipment.”

• Grand Strand Water & Sewer Authority — Conway, SC
“Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority entered into a contract with Clear-Con, LLC for the clearing of approximately 330 acres of forested land. Clear-Con completed the contract on schedule and as specified. We found the company representative, Mr. Tommy Davis, to be sensitive to our needs and easer to complete the project to our satisfaction.”

• SCG Pipeline — Columbia, SC
“Clear-Con was a clearing company used by Visions Pipeline (General Contractor) for the construction of an 18.2 mile natural gas transmission pipeline. The pipeline was built under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines as the first interstate pipeline for SCG.

Clear-Con cleared approximately 145 acres to include the tree sawing, tree removal, grinding, and hauling of chips. 75% of these activities were conducted safely on a right-of-way that paralleled a high voltage transmission line.”
